Start a garden and find ways to help your community produce food...Our first client
In January 2010, we acquired our first client, Obiora, the Founder/CEO. He inherited a vacant raised bed at the Southland Community Garden in Hill N Dale Park. We went to the garden plot in early March to assay it and make gardening plans. During our planning stage, we prepared the soil and began thinking about the design, which was created using the Open Source desktop publishing software, Scribus.
Our layout encompasses seldom used techniques of organic gardening (biodiversity, companion planting, interplanting, and growing "good soil,"), sheds visible light on bio–intensive planting, diversity, and "gardening in small spaces"—something Obiora has been doing with his container gardens since 2005.
